Senior Associate, Strategy & Transactions at Ernest & Young
Enxhi is a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young. Her work focuses on transformative divestitures, and mergers and acquisitions. During her time at EY, Enxhi led several financial due diligence workstreams during a portfolio transformation for a world-leading company specializing in intelligent climate and energy finance solutions. Additionally, she was part of the finance team in a large-scale spin-off for one of the world’s largest healthcare companies, resulting in a $41B IPO and two independent market-leading companies. Prior to joining EY, Enxhi was an audit associate, specializing in technology and insurance clients.
Aside from finance, Enxhi has always had a passion for sustainability and corporate governance. She focused her graduate studies on humanistic management, organizational research on corporate governance, stakeholder trust, and social innovation; and conceptual and philosophical research on conscious capitalism, freedom, dignity, and well-being. She actively seeks opportunities to tie her profile in finance to sustainability and apply this paradigm shift to her work
Enxhi has always been engaged with her community and has taken an active role at making an impact. During her time at Hunter College, Enxhi was President of the Accounting Society, planning and overseeing various professional and recruiting events for students, as well as leading the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance “VITA” program, offering free tax preparation to low-income families. Shortly thereafter, she became involved with APEN, as a junior board member. She is now Board Chair and proudly continues to contribute to the American-Albanian community.
Enxhi graduated from Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, with a Master of Science in Management focused on ESG, and Hunter College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
